Parenting is a journey. We all know that parenting does not come with a manual and what might work for me does not necessarily work for you. Befriend Your Anger and Learn To Yell Less workshop supports you as a parent and guides you into attaining the following objectives:

  1. Become aware of your triggers.
  2. Understand and embrace your feelings.
  3. Choose the right response instead of yelling.

This course is not a one-shot medication that will transform you to be a perfect peaceful parent. It will support you in managing the daily challenges you face with your child. By the end of the workshop participants will:

  1. Learn practical parenting steps to create inner awareness
  2. Receive a document with simple yet powerful exercises to practice mindfulness
  3. Create their own personal plan to yell less

I am glad I took this workshop. I left with an interesting technique on how to embrace my anger as a friend in order to be able to control it and turn it off.
