About the course

We all know that parenting does not come with a manual and what might work for me does not necessarily work for you. However, by the end of this course:

All of this will support you in building a foundation of calm and connection with yourself and your families. These practical and efficient tools will help you navigate challenges and unexpected encounters with more ease and less intensity.


This is an eight-week program where we will meet once a week for a period of one hour and a half on zoom. There will be an extra free session of 60 minutes on the 9th week for Workbook correction and general questions and answers.

As a participant of this course:
  1. You need to purchase a copy of Raising Good Humans by Hunter Clarke Fields (creator of the Mindful Parenting Course) found on Amazon.
  2. You will have a free workbook of exercises which we will be completing throughout the course.
  3. You will get extra readings and short videos that help you understand the new notions with ease.
  4. You will receive short recorded Meditative Exercises related to the course.
  5. You will obtain a weekly check in emails to support you on this journey
